SUPR SNACKS Returns Policy

At SUPR SNACKS, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Replacement:
- You must contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order to initiate a replacement.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
- Purchases made from online store of www.suprsnacks.com cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement of products are only done if specified within the time limit mentioned.
Process for Replacement:

- Return Authorisation: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
- Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the product in its original packaging and include the RAN on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the product is approved for return, we will process the replacement within 7 business days.
